Return/Cancellation policy:
For delivery of products:
1- When purchasing products, the consumer has the possibility to dissolve the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This cooling-off period begins on the day purchasing of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and announced to the trader. This does not apply to products sold on sale/discount. For products sold in discount, a maximum of 3 days will be granted after receipt of the order.
2- During the reflection period, the consumer will treat the product and the packaging with care. He will unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and, as far as possible, in its original condition and packaging to the Entrepreneur in accordance with the Entrepreneur's reasonable and clear instructions.
3- If the Consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to notify the Entrepreneur within 14 days of receipt of the Product. In the case of discount products, 3 days apply. After the consumer has made it known that he/she wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered product was returned on time, for example by providing proof of dispatch.
4- If, after the expiry of the periods referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3, the customer has not indicated that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal. The product has not been returned to the trader, the purchase is a fact.
5- Costs in case of withdrawal: If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, at most the costs of returning the product shall be for his account.
If the consumer has paid an amount, the trader will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received by the web trader or that conclusive proof of the complete return can be provided. The refund will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer expressly gives permission for a different payment method.
If the product is damaged due to careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any loss in value of the product.
The consumer cannot be held liable for a loss in value of the product if the trader has not provided all the information required by law on the right of withdrawal. This must be done before the conclusion of the sales contract.
6- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: The trader may exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the trader has clearly stated this in the offer at least in time for the conclusion of the contract.
7- Not arrived: If the order has not arrived because no one was at home, the customer should call the local shipping company that is ordered by the Entrepreneur for the delivery for which the customer is informed trough email/SMS/tracking app on the website and ask where the package is. We are not be taken responsible. We will send the Customer the Track & Trace code to track with also we have an tracking app in the Head menu of the website to track your order with your ordernumber. The customer will receive a notification or a letter from the delivery company by email or SMS or by a note at the door.
8- Not delivered: If the package of the order of the customer is not collected from the post office within 7 days, it will be destroyed. And the customer has no right for a refund by the Entrepreneur.
9- Defective product: After delivery, you have 3 days to open a dispute if the product is delivered defective. You should then provide proof of when it arrived and send a proof of the product being defective with a video of the product and explaining what exactly is broken.
10- Missing products: If products are missing, you must send a photo or video of the package within 3 days of receiving the package of the order.
11- Forgotten house number: If you forget to enter your house number when checking out, we will send you an email. If you do not reply to your email within 7 days, we will no longer ship the order and your package will be destroyed and the customer will not receive the paid money back.
12- Product not accepted or picked up: If the package of the order placed by the customer is not accepted or picked up at the door of the house of the customer or at the post office by the customer, there will be no refund. If you do not collect your parcel from the Post Office or the address shown on the Track & Trace Code website, you will not get your money back and your parcel will be destroyed. You are not entitled to a money back guarantee.
13- Returning of the package of the order placed by the customer will only be refunded if its sended to the right adress given by one of our representatives.
